Note that the issues described below only happen in Nvidia surround, I've had no issue running on a single 1080 or 2160 display.

I've been running FF14 at 4k or in NVSurround pretty much since I started playing. Since the expansion release I've been running into some very unusual issues.

First off is random artifacting/stretching, this doesn't happen all the time but often when going through zone changes it will happen until I change zones again.

Secondly, when booting the game some times in 5760x1080 I will have a red ring in the center of the screen. If I click in and out of FF14 when in windowed, a message appears with three verticle white lines in the middle of this ring and wording below says EQ FLAT. Quite odd. Only way to get rid of this is to restart the client several times.

Lastly, when running in 5760x1080 in some zones, at seemingly random there will be black bars above foliage. Doesn't always happen, seems completely random.

Things I have already tried to resolve it...

Temps - GPUs are sitting at a breezy 60-65c, CPU is sitting 35-40c. Temps are not a concern here.

Drivers/Bios all recently updated.

Overclock - Disabled all OCs with no difference.

In-game settings - These issues happen regardless of setting in the DX11 client. Disabled any of the effects does not seem to resolve any of the issues.

Disabling SLI - This did not merit and results either other than a big dip in FPS.

System I'm running this on..

Windows 8.1 Pro
Intel i7 5930k @4.4ghz
Asus Rampage V MB
16GB DDR4 @ 2400mhz
2x EVGA GTX 980 ACX 2.0
1x Samsung Evo 840 SSD (Where the game is installed)
2x Toshiba 3TB HDD

Displays are

3x LG 27EA63 1080p SIPS setup with NVSurround with bezel correction
1x Vizio P652UI-B 65" 4k TV connected via HDMI 2.0 for 4k @60hz
1x Oculus DK2

Any feedback / resolution is appreciated.
