Can't Access Heavensward Content

I play on a PS4. I pre-ordered the Collectors Edition of Heavensward. I've downloaded and installed said content and updated the launcher. My PlayStation account says that I indeed have the CE Heavensward and should have Early Access.

When I log onto the MogStation it shows next to "Account Type" that I am "FFXIV: Heavensward - Early Access PlayStation(R)4" but then right below that there's "Version" and listed next to Heavensward there isn't the "O" indicating that I have Heavensward or the Collectors Edition at all.

As such I can't access any of the new content. I purchased a fantasia and tried to change my race to Au Ra but cannot.

I tried to search for a way to solve this issue on my own and came up empty. There's no solutions out there for the PS4 user.

So I decided to try and talk to a live technician on the chat function of there support page. I was 164th in the que to talk to someone. I was alright with there. Other people are obviously experiencing issues. So I waited. I waited just under 3 hours.

When it finally ticked down to the number 1 I sighed in relief. Finally, I was going to at least START to get somewhere. But then instead of having the chat begin it tells me that there are no available technicians to talk with me. I'm of course no longer in the que and it suggests that I email my problem in instead.

So tl;dr I waited 3 hours in the customer service chat support for it to tell me when it got to my turn that there wasn't anyone available to talk to me. You think they could have done that 3 hours sooner.

I would be pissed if I wasn't just so damn shocked.

I'm at a complete loss.

I just want someone to tell me what's wrong with my account. How to fix it or when it might get fixed.

Looking at your lodestone profile and achievements it looks like maybe you're not done the main story quests? All the new content is gated behind the pre 3.0 msq line.

See I'm not done with the main story line quests and thus I can't access any of the new areas. I completely get that and it's fine. But I should be able to change my race to an Au Ra if I actually have the ability to access the content. I'm aware of my lack of being able to access the content because I purchased a fantasia and tried to change into an Au Ra but it was faded out, because Heavensward doesn't want to play nice with me.

Same for me although I've already finished all the necessary quests. The quest shows up 'red' and says I don't have Heavensward installed/registered. Someone mentioned that there should be a download on PS Store, but when I select "download" it says it's not available to download.

I am in the same boat as the OP.
Mog Station says PS4 - Heavensward Early Access and is tied to the correct service account
PS4 Code says "Already Redeemed"
Admittedly, I have yet to finish the main story. I was holding off on it, since I figured the last 30 or so quests I got to do for the Main Story would be good EXP gained, and start me off in the new content slightly higher level than my peers started off.

Same here. I have the game. I cannot do any Expansion content. And as I do MSQ I do not get XP.

I've resolved the issue by completing deleting FFXIV and then going to the PSN store, then library and redownloading FFXIV and Heavensward. It completely fixed my issue.
