    The Arrow card question.

    I feel like this is a stupid question but just confused a bit here. On the arrow card for example it says it increases attack speed. Does that just mean physical attacks as in BLM or SUM wouldn't benefit?

    Bene with Arrow: 1.76
    Without: 1.96.

    Similar to how Diurnal Sect says 5% attack speed, but has a noticeable effect on your cast times.
