Mog station saying I don't own Heavensward and not showing all my characters

I preordered heavensward, got the EA code and entered it but the mogstation shows that I don't own it and on top of that characters I have on other servers aren't even shown on the mogstation. Also as you can see it even says I have Heavensward EA. I encourage everyone to post who is having the same issue.

My character isn't showing up either and I didn't get the ingame items in my mail. Guessing Mog-station is still broken then?

Yeah, I'm having that same problem too. I have a PS4 digital version and my PS4 is showing that I have the early access license on the system as well but mogstation and that quest are saying, "Nope."

Have to register the reg key of the actual game, not Early Access one to have it show you owe it.

For those who got EA I actually suggest you to go to where 2.55 ends. Enter the room it will then show up. Just checked myself.
