    Issue

    After completing the requirements for turn in daily quest for Ehcatl Nine Manciple.

    If you finish the requirements for the quest but don't finish the quest.

    All other ehcatl Nine quest are locked saying you need to change to fisher to start but still can't start them.

    [9:37 a.m.]“Deliverance” objective fulfilled!
    Forgot to finish the quest by talking to Ehcatl Nine Manciple.
    Talked to Duzal Meyean the steady and got this message.
    [9:38 a.m.]To complete this quest, you will need to change your class to fisher by equipping a fishing rod.

    Commendations.
    If I play dps I only give it out to other dps.
    If I play tank I only give it out to healers.
    If I play healer I only give it out to tank.

    Only if they should be getting a commendation.
    There are always exceptions to the rules!
