Ninja Betta - Time Restricted?

There have been conflicting reports that Ninja Betta is an all day fish so long as Gloom is active. Is there any merit to this? So far people have only reported catching it between 6:00 PM and 9:00 AM in game time.

Usually when someone figures out a time-frame for a fish, people who sees this information only tries it during that time so more of them confirms the "window". If there's no one fishing outside of it, and not getting it/confirming getting them outside the "norm window", we can't tell for sure!

I dislike the use of Military Time, I was never good at math. :x

Military time?? its just standard 24hrs, anyway for you understand and remember easy... ninja betta can be caught from dusk til dawn while gloom is active, need 364 gathering minimum. So as tint link express, the best fishing resource is "Cat became hungry" website.
