Recurit a Friend Roll Back

I've recruited 2 accounts and one of them already subbed 90 days, would this count towards my campaign gold feather rewards or do I have to recruit new players from scratch?

I understand the items won't roll out until July, but on the campaign website roll back was not mentioned.

Yes it will as long as they had the code when they subscribed.

From what the patch notes said, it should. It would depend on both number of friends (up to 5 i think... ) and time subbed.

Yeah I read it in the patch notes too, it's just this info isn't in the official recruitment webpage so I thought they may have pulled it or something just to hustle people to recruit more people.
