am I reading this correctly that on my Summoner I only need to gear for 515 Accuracy for Turn 13, instead of the 535 that I used to need to gear for thanks to the pet now using rear accuracy instead of flank?

I just wanna chime in here, since I recently hit 60 on ACN. Although I primary SCH, I always kept SMN geared incase.
SMN's skills look awesome, and their AoE potency is equally as awesome; however, they still lack in single target damage. 3.0 still hasn't given SMN a spamable attack besides Ruin II, and Ruin III only has a 120 potency while Broil (SCH) is a spamable 170 potency attack. Broil has a normal MP cost attached to it, and Ruin III should only be cast while in Dreadwyrm Trance due to the insane MP cost.
Deathflare is pretty good, but it's a 400 potency attack that can be used once every 45 seconds or so. A flashy way to finish Dreadwyrm attack, but by the time you've set-up three stacks of Aether for this, most of the mobs will have died already. It's super flashy, but all the set-up you have to do will likely result in you never actually using it, or only using it on the last remaining enemy. In boss fights, you might use it quite a few times.
New Tri-Disaster is better, but it's still meh. Since we have no spammable single-target attack besides Ruin II, it doesn't really help improve DPS that dramatically; it's more for convenience, to me.
Enkindle CD reduction is nice, but it still feels a little lack luster on the DPS it contributes, especially since it's still a rather long CD. You might use it twice in some of the longer boss fights now; however, it's primarily a way to deal more DPS during trash pulls than anything.
I feel like my SCH puts out slightly lower numbers in AoE pulls, but quite similar numbers in boss pulls. SMN is in a better place than in 2.0, but that's primarily due to cap of Bane being removed. It still needs a better spam skill for ST damage, and the potency #s for Ruin III and Deathflare need to be adjusted, still, IMO.

Uhm have u ever tried Deathflare on lvl 60 mobs? I use it on nearly every mob encounter i ran into... starting with (swiftcasted) Shadowflare, Tri-saster, Bane, Fester, Painflare > Bahamuts Trance, Ruin lll spam > Deathflare. It only takes around 5 secs to come to the Ruin lll part - 10 secs to Deathflare. Never encountered an HW mob which died before Deathflare was ready...Deathflare is pretty good, but it's a 400 potency attack that can be used once every 45 seconds or so.
