Kinda like a BLM with convert/ether for Flare, you can do them 30s apart once if you started with 3 stacks and Aetherflow ready to go, but not every 30s.

Can you explain this please? I've just unlocked dreadwyrm trance and other than activating it after using 3 aetherflow abilities i'm not too sure what you mean yet, but it sounds interesting!

So each time you use an Aetherflow ability, you get a stack of a new buff (only appears after you learn Dreadwyrm Trance). This buff operates like a passive that stacks up to 3 full stacks. When you have 3 stacks, you can now use the skill Dreadwyrm Trance, in which it converts those 3 stacks you have, into a 15s buff. When you are in this 15s window however, you can still use Aetherflow abilities should you have AF stacks available and this will still grant you an additional stack of the passive even with you currently in Dreadwyrm Trance, thus you can go into the Trance rapidly if you time out the passive buff well. You have 30 seconds to use another AF skill to refresh the passive, before it falls off completely.
