Can't start price of peace

I'm returning to ffxiv after a very long absence.

I've bought and installed the heavensward expansion pack but can't play it because I can't start the price of peace quest. Minfilia is speaking but just repeating the same generic comments that she said when I'd completed the original main scenario quest. The last completed main scenario quest that I have completed in my journal is the ultimate weapon. Any help would be great.

Another player had the same issue a few days ago and it turned out he actually already had passed that quest and just didn't realize it as the Journal was misleading. The main scenario in the journal is now divided into 'Seventh Umbral Era Main Scenario' which is the original ARR 2.0 storyline that ends at The Ultimate Weapon, 'Seventh Astral Era Main Scenario' that is the patch storyline that follows on from it, and 'Heavensward Main Scenario' that in turn picks up from the 7th Astral Era storyline.

Check the Journal menu again, click on the menu drop down and scroll down to '7th Astral Era' and see if it lists any quests - chances are you've already started on it and just forgotten about it and where to go.
