Can't Resize Cutscene and NPC Dialogue Box

Hi all,

I can't resize the NPC and cutscene dialogue box in the game. Other UI elements resize on focus with Ctrl+Home (or R3 on controller), but the cutscene box cannot be focused on to be resized. It is very difficult to read at higher resolutions, and I don't think that piping it to the chat log is a viable solution since there is plenty of other information in there already.

I have noted other threads in this forum and on other websites complaining about this both on the PC and PS4 version for the life span of the game. Has nothing been done about it?

Same with the new loot window. Cant resize it and its huge :/
