Hello. I cannot seem to find the right forum for this, but this seems to be the closest one.
About a month ago, I pre-ordered HS for the PC. About a week after that, I put in the pre-order code (a friend told me I needed to put it in early to get the early access.
It went through, gave me the page with my registration code, which I saved in a file. I got the confirmation e-mail on the 19th, along with the confirmation e-mail for my receipt of buying it. It had a link to Mog station to redeem it, and I also had the link and code from before (the link where I registered the pre-order code, which when I load shows my PC registration code, clearly labled "PC" at the end.)
So I went to Mog station, put in the code, and it says registration code invalid.
I went back to the e-mail, and to the link to the Square-Enix store, where it says of my purchase the game with "This product will be available on: 2015-06-23" with "FREE!" and "Instructions" under my PRE-ORDER code (and the instructions button has a pop-up that takes me to the site that shows I entered my pre-order code and shows my PC registration code...which is invalid.)

I sat in the online chat window for two hours last night before it said "Status: Canceled" and that there "were no agents available" to help me. I did the same thing for two hours this morning and then two more hours after lunch. I tried calling the help line, but got the automated message saying that the phone service was only Mon-Fri. I also put in an e-mail support request yesterday afternoon at 4:11 PM and it said I should receive a response within 24 hours (it is now 6:00 PM here today, so 24 +2 hours). I also read the help page that said some people were having issues with O/0s, A/Rs, and B/8s, I/1s, and stuff like that, but I was using copy/paste to make sure my code was put in correctly.
Then it popped into my head to look at the forums and see if there is a thread for this!
...so here I am, trying the forums now. I read at the top of this page to use the help stuff for this issue, but as I have spent 6 hours in the chat queue AND waited the 24 hours for an e-mail response, I'm posting here in the hopes someone can help me.

My hope is that this is some weird glitch or for some reason, even though I got my registration code from using the pre-order code, the system thinks my code is not for early access since is says product available 2015-06-23.
All I know is that I'm basically going to completely miss early access, so I'm bummed, but I understand problems like this. I just don't want to ALSO have to buy another copy of the game on Tuesday before I get to play. (It's also sad that I'm off work this entire weekend to play early access with my FC friends...and not even being able to get it yet with the weekend half over.
