    My character is stuck inside of The Rising Stones and support is doing nothing.

    Yesterday after the game went live I logged into Sargatanas. I still had a few story quests to do from 2.5, so I zoned into The Rising Stones to talk to Minfillia. When I got into her room, my character was frozen still and the game eventually crashed with "An unexpected error has occurred/ Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.(45d)

    Now when I log in, I can't see my character, my camera is stuck facing the floor, and I can't teleport or move. I see talk in chat for a few minutes, but then the game just crashes again with the same error. Screenshot of the issue: https://imgur.com/zg3NuNk

    I have submitted two tickets. One for "Game issues, Other" and one for "Game Master Services." Both tickets have been returned with this email:

    "Hello and thank you for your GM call. We understand you may be having some difficulties and we are glad you reached out to us for assistance. We have reviewed the details you have provided and we have determined that you will need to seek technical assistance from our Support Center team to resolve the matter. In order to open a ticket with our Support Center, please visit http://support.na.square-enix.com, and choose FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. You can search for possible resolutions in the Knowledge Base, or click on Contact Us to begin a help request. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM Pacific Time, and will work to provide you with the best possible resolution."

    The tickets I open are getting a response to just open another ticket using the same method I opened the first ticket with. Both of them had this same response. I replied to one of the emails, but they just replied back with the exact same information. I would REALLY like to play FFXIV, but so far SE support is a complete joke. Does anyone have any advice for me? Just keep opening an endless amount of tickets?

    TL/DR: My character is stuck in the game and opening a ticket isn't helping.

    I would love to troll you and say its cause your inventory is full, but in all seriousness, are you able to make a secondary character on your account or do you have a basic sub like me? if not I'd suggest trying to log in a secondary character on the same account and server to try and boot the other out of the game.

    Another option is try and have someone you know enter where you are and show up on your screen where you can see, if its private area try to get them to initiate a party first and join you, then have them initiate a teleport to another shared location, to see if you can accept and be pulled along. A VOIP program may be necessary to coordinate this.

    I do not have any suggestions on how to further contact SqEx, as they have a history of 'radio silence' during troubles, and any response made here would undoubtedly get sidetracked by the problems many are facing with connecting to the game.

    You're not going to like this but this is the only advice I can offer you.

    Chat & Phone support seem to be the only 2 methods of support that are MOST LIKELY to assist you with any problems. Their chat support closes in 30 minutes and with the wait times there your chances of getting a hold of them now are slim to none. I would wake up first thing tomorrow (9am PST) and file a ticket under chat support and try there.

    Edit - Chat support is the only person to person support that is available for early access until monday. So thats why I recommend trying there btw.

    Also, I would try getting someone in your group, coming to your area and teleporting out. You may or may not get the teleport invite but it's at least worth a try. Same method with the wedding ring if you have one.

    Not sure exactly why or what fixed my character, but he is unstuck and all is well. Thank you all for the suggestions!
