Yesterday after the game went live I logged into Sargatanas. I still had a few story quests to do from 2.5, so I zoned into The Rising Stones to talk to Minfillia. When I got into her room, my character was frozen still and the game eventually crashed with "An unexpected error has occurred/ Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV.(45d)
Now when I log in, I can't see my character, my camera is stuck facing the floor, and I can't teleport or move. I see talk in chat for a few minutes, but then the game just crashes again with the same error. Screenshot of the issue:

I have submitted two tickets. One for "Game issues, Other" and one for "Game Master Services." Both tickets have been returned with this email:

The tickets I open are getting a response to just open another ticket using the same method I opened the first ticket with. Both of them had this same response. I replied to one of the emails, but they just replied back with the exact same information. I would REALLY like to play FFXIV, but so far SE support is a complete joke. Does anyone have any advice for me? Just keep opening an endless amount of tickets?
TL/DR: My character is stuck in the game and opening a ticket isn't helping.
