Dark Knight stats location?

Hi, I just came back to the game and I'm now playing with a Dark Knight. I have also a warrior and I remember that I spent my 30 points on VIT, I see that right now there was a lot of changed to the stats, should I use Strength or VIT for my Dark Knight? I'm not good with numbers so any help will be a great help, Thanks in advance

About a month or two ago some translated letter said to stock up on Piety materia. But right now It's anyone's guess until folks break down the numbers as to what works the best. Other than possible Vit for Tanks.

As a tank role, HP is probably more important up to a certain amount. I put VIT for my PLD WAR and DRK just to see how well they can survive. Once you are at a certain amount of HP where you feel comfortable then do STR. IMHO, DRK doesn't need to focus on PIE because we have our skills to refresh MP and, if we play accordingly, should not run out of MP to keep darkside up as well as use dark arts effectively. But most importantly, play and have fun! =D

i'll do STR all the way to 60, to get the fights easier while i'm leveling, then i think i'm gonna go on VIT (depending on the difficulty of the news dungeons).

If you ever got smacked by Bahamuts (t13) Akh Morn before the raidbuff was active you know well that no matter which tankclass you are playing VIT is everything.

Either STR or VIT. You're good either way until we know what's the "cap" for the new raid content. I'm full STR.

Full STR, unless progression.

I go full vit until I know what type of paper my tank is made out of.

Full STR unless your gear is horribly gimp, which if you're playing drk you really don't have an excuse to have gimp gear since you can solo through older dungeons now using the new DF settings.

Right now I'm rolling full STR until further notice. I see no reason to stock Piety when nothing rips MP off you(Save Crowd Control) unless you want to Dark Arts + Dark Messenger for some reason. You -usually- get MP back fast enough for DA + Soul Eater Spam.
