You're really twisting people's words around. We're not saying you should completely ignore mechanics; just to apply some situational awareness, and communicate with your group.

A blm can literally 2 shot the little blue ones. As long as your group knows what they're doing it's not a risk to trust them with those and call moon gana and boss for yourself. If your group is having trouble killing them, then sure help em out, but they really shouldn't be having any issues.
