    How is Aritifact Armor 2 Obtained?

    I know someone has a Level 60. How do we get the new Aritifact Armor 2 Armor? Is it part of a quest? Dungeon drops? Tomes?

    I would assume it drops from either Tomestones of Esoterics, or from the Alexander raid, neither of which are in the game currently, so nor is the armor.
