the average potency etc is simple to guesstimate, it's just a problem of how to handle double oGCDs when RNG procs come into play. like for example, on my 2nd wildfire, if i have a proc lined up after the wildfire cast, it's really great because at the point in time i have like 4 oGCDs to go through usually (rapid, QR, head graze, gauss round, maybe blank).
Fair enough. Probably best if we just assume one oGCD per GCD during the second Wildfire. It comes pretty close to the 2 minute mark anyway so it may not make a difference in this example.
