Shots Fired: A Machinist Guide

So today I've been refused from three Bismarck EX groups solely because I'm a MCH and people seem to think they suck.

What can be done about this?

This guide won't help that the Job is sub-par in terms of DPS.

Follow the tips as you may, but we need SE to step up & make expedient changes to MCH.

It's design is below that of the rest of the Jobs in the game, it needs buffs.
