Anyone know where the NPC for the LVL. 30 MCH quest "Master of Marksmanship" is? The one you actually have to be on MCH to flag, not the quest to unlock it. FFXIVDB says the NPC is Rostnsthal, but it doesn't show what area he is in. I unlocked all 3 new jobs on the first day, but I don't remember where the MCH storyline NPC last left off.

Despite my issues with the job that I've posted, I want to say that I still enjoy it a lot. Ricochet is VERY satisfying to use. . . but sadly is our only good looking skill. Gauss Round is incredibly disappointing visually like most of our skills.
I honestly feel I'm coming to terms with the rng proc combo. Tho it isn't what I was hoping for MCH which was more a class that had to manage bullets as a resource, instead of just using them when they're up and making sure you don't use a bullet on clean shot when you don't have a slug proc up.

Still hopefully GB will be fixed so that it's an actual good increase in our DPS.

Hey, nice parse! Mind sharing what your opener was, and if that parse was with GB active or only active during burst? Also, was Heartbreak being used?

Edit: It seems like it's not reading it at all, it doesn't even give errors when I try to use it. Gauss Round is working fine. How odd.
