• Defiance no longer gives a % crit increase but a % parry increase.
  • Bane now spreads to an unlimited amount of targets, but damage is halved after the first four mobs hit.
  • Radiant Shield now causes Ifrit to deal damage any time a party member within 15 yalms is hit with a physical attack.

These are just a few of the skills with completely wrong or outdated tooltips. From what I can see, the skills appear to have been updated in the Japanese client, which is where a lot of confirmation of changes are coming from. However, it's ridiculous that the full patch notes for the entirety of Heavensward is shorter than lesser patches like 2.2, 2.4 etc. I understand some information about quests and such needed to be left out, but fundamental changes to jobs? That's exactly the kind of thing you put into patch notes.

Instead we get:

[2.0] In accordance with the raise in level cap, all job actions and parameters have been adjusted.

REALLY? THAT'S IT?

Not a peep about how shoulder tackle has no longer has a minimum range requirement. No mention about the changes to Perfect Dodge (now called Shade Shift), or Manawall...

Look, Heavensward has been fantastic so far and the launch went off with barely a hitch. But I would really like to know what the buttons I'm pushing are actually doing...

Please either give us a hotfix and update the tooltips, or post the changes for everyone to review in the Patch Notes (which honestly is where they should have been from the start).
