It would help them if they even looked at your post with more info about your system/modem/router and even a tracert log. Since there isn't a thread with a hundreds of replies it could very well be issues with either you home setup and/or your ISP. I know when WoW changed to a new series of ports I think after 4.1.X went live my ISP was at fault because they had the new port for the login server block for incoming data.

So give some more info about your system and a connection log also I would call your ISP ask them to please monitor your connection for any issues. Many times they will just record you for a few days and then release the ports (if being the issue).
