Posts like this annoy the hell out of me. If this were a free to play game I would be with you, however I paid $60 for this pre-order on top of a monthly subscription to play this game. I don't want to hear the problem will be resolved in a month
If you complain loudly enough to customer service, I'd be willing to bet there's a decent chance you can get 2/30th of your ~15 dollar/month sub refunded (+ or - 1/30 depending on if it goes on a third day). Don't spend all that money at once.
