It's not SEs fault that a bunch of people said we are going to all play on these 2 servers.

Nor did You and Me now either! Therefore, now that SE has spoken and told us paying customers where a large bulk of the issues are coming from I can hope SE makes a discussion on fixing this issue.

Right, God forbid that people with similar interests try to play on the same server. How dare they?!

You and all the others slinging mud at other players are part of the problem. This isn't novel behavior that could not have been predicted. People knew that Balmung and Gilgamesh would be packed at least a week prior to 2.0 Early Access, because both the prominent RP communities and various social media communities had expressed their intentions to congregate there as soon as the server list was made known.

SE chose to place them in the same datacenter, and chose not to mitigate the issue for Heavensward. Splitting them up would have been as simple as renaming two servers prior to 2.0 launch. It's true that it isn't SE's fault that those servers are packed now, but it is SE's responsibility to monitor their population levels and take preventive and corrective actions to foster a good game experience for all its clients. You're no more entitled to an issue-free experience than any other subscriber, so wise up and demand it from the people who have both the power and the obligation to provide it, and who've repeatedly failed to do so because they'd rather apologize than actually fix the problems plaguing their playerbase.

No, but it is their fault for not making dedicated servers for RP/PvE and whathaveyou in the first place. It is their fault for not throttling character creation on those already-taxed servers more effectively. It is their fault for not having a little more foresight and perhaps investing in another data server as their game has swelled to 4 million subscribers, which is likely to continue as Blizzard insists on shooting itself in the foot with Warlords of Draenor.

Those things are their fault, and they have not done a whole lot to remedy any of it. Couple that with the total lack of communication and acknowledgement of the concerns of their paying customers, and it's really no wonder folks are mad. They paid for an early access feature they cannot enjoy. They have every right to complain about it.
