I understand having a queue, but why do I have an error even trying to get into the queue and/or during the queue? Why are people being kicked from the queue?

There's a dev post in this thread about that. The error getting into the data center is due to extremely high congestion. Currently there is no workaround, nor a solution. It's just millions of players hammering servers at 1 time, which makes the login servers choke. Essentially we're unintentionally ddossing ourselves.

The error during queue is likely the same thing. The server login queue reaches such a high number that the server cannot handle it and kicks a large chunk of people. Unfortunately, again, there's likely not a solution except to wait for the levels to return to normal.

I am wondering if they're doing manual login server restarts to kick afkers out of the queue though.. It would make sense if they were doing that. Those not afk can simply return, with a higher success rate..
