I like my server over populated. Once the excitement dies things will settle down. Sorry for those who didn't really get to use their early access.

Translation: "I got mine; sucks to be you"
At the very least they need to extend the wait times for raid activation by at least another week. I can't even log in reliably, so the possibility I can be 60 by then is pretty slim.
First, when you pay 13$ per month, congestion is not an acceptable answer. I was with only 2 hours to play today. i tried to log in to the game. after more than 20 lobby server error, i was able to click on my character to go in queue (500 something in the queue). during the queue, i end up with Lobby server again and the game crashed. then, i was with only lobby server error again.
You cannot leave us like that just with a be patient, it is due to congestion...or will you do the same for our monthly payment? will you put us on free access until you fix it?
As for world transfer, it is not a solution. in addition to lose your friends and FC, you lose to much. you cannot transfer your personal house, you cannot have more than 1M gils, you cannot transfer FC room, etc....not really an attractive option in my opinion.
You would think they wouldn't leave us like this but seems they will. Personally it just seems rather odd to say "Please be patient" when there are no plans in the works to fix this issue. Patient for what? Yes the servers will quiet down some in a month or so (we hope) but its an ongoing issue for some time now that is only made worse during times like this. The official launch is going to crush the data center into the ground if it can't handle early access.First, when you pay 13$ per month, congestion is not an acceptable answer. Also even if it does become more accessible in a month, what about the early access/month of subs that have been paid? Its all very....frustrating.

You don't know that there are "no plans to fix this issue" - they haven't openly discussed what they're doing, but that doesn't mean they aren't doing anything. Trust me, I worked in a data center before. A team of technicians are currently getting overtime trying to figure out how to fix it. As soon as they have something to go on, they'll announce it, but "too many people are logging in for our system to handle" generally means there's going to be re-coding involved in the fix somewhere. You would think they wouldn't leave us like this but seems they will. I sincerely hope that is true. They could probably halt a lot animosity however by just saying they are looking into ways to decrease congestion. Rather they simply said they were trying to 'avoid' downtime and keep servers stable. Aether will never be stable without a solution. Perhaps I'm also less forgiving because this is not something that sprung up like dandelions. Everyone knew this was going to happen. A solution should have been in the making for a good while. You don't know that there are "no plans to fix this issue" - they haven't openly discussed what they're doing, but that doesn't mean they aren't doing anything.
