So instead getting something along the lines of "we are trying to fix it" or "looking into solutions to alleviate congestion". We basically get "Here is what the error means and here is what is causing it, deal with it". Worthless.
Removed due to size restrictions and possible seizures risks.
We should all just join JP servers. Then we wont have any problems

Although this makes me laugh, They are having problems cause their game is too popular. I guess these are the better reasons for having issues with their game, not like poor wildstar.

Soo from what I understand, if we have this much trouble during early access what will happen at official launch? THEN the welcome back campaign??!?

Squeenix is calling the Canadian datacenters to tell them how to get 110% efficiency, but there's no translators to translate from Japanese to Canadian

I don't buy the "Balmung and Gilgamesh are almost always maxed" excuse. The Mana Japanese server is at least as populated if not more than Aether, and it's running fine. The difference? Japanese data center vs Canadian. It's a staffing issue, most likely.
