Are the majority of the people who are having trouble on Ps4 or PC? I am talking to some of my FC mates in Team speak and they are on PC and some of them are able to get in right now after a coupe of tries.

I'm on PC and most people I know with issues are as well. I don't know any ps4 players so I can't speak to their issues. Yesterday I had better luck. Usually if I could get in a queue I could get in even if it took 30mins of waiting. Today? I haven't managed to get in once.

As has been mentioned by others: many of us went with pre-order for early access which has, to varying extents, not been available.

This thread is many pages long, with many people who have asked for a clear answer on a plan to address this issue. SE: what is being done, and will there be any recompense for those affected?

I play on PS4. I just resubbed yesterday and have spent many hours the last 2 days just trying to get logged in. It always kicks me back out to log in again with my credentials. Basically right now I'm paying to waste my time. I originally planned to go buy the expansion on Tuesday but if I can't log in by then I don't really see a reason to. I'd be a little upset I just spent another $15 but I'll cut my losses and bail on the expansion if something isn't addressed.

Thank you everyone who actually understood what I meant. The biggest problem isn't the losses in game, its the losses in the real world. What good is the stuff you worked for in game if you can't even access it? :I And then once this free month is up, SE will be all like "Lol, its time to pay up, hope you liked heavensward for the month you couldn't play it."

At this point, if the issues continue for another few days, I fully expect we'll get a notice of credit. They made good on it last time.

I just want to chime in. Been trying to login to balmung for over 4 hours. This is beyond stupid. Love the game, anxious to go through more of the story, hate 2002. That is all.

I've been fighting to log into Balmung on Aether for 2 hours this evening. After clawing my way through the "Lobby server" error message several times, I then sit in a queue of near 1000 people only to get down to a handful of players in queue and then again get booted from the lobby server. This is absolutely absurd.

Queues are unfortunately a separate issue entirely. If they would lock Balmung from future transfers, then at least what you're seeing now would be the greatest extent of it. However when one guy posted a thread asking for a lock, there was a decent number of people very against it. Until they lock Legacy servers from both new character creation and transfers, that problem's only going to continue to grow.

As for the data center lobby thing: I have to agree with everyone else. Balmung and Gilgamesh really do need to be on different Data Centers. Aether is already home to more servers than most. Having two of the most populated servers on top of that is only causing further problems.
