The more important question is why does Japan have three data centers and the entirety of North America only have two?

Ha just got home and getting 5006 error and I have to relog every time. So cool. Can't wait for the game to actually launch so it can be like this for a few weeks. Wjsh there was some action taken not just the same old "sorry lots of ppl loging in lulz" response.
It's going to be even more fun when the freebie people start cramming in too during the free login week. Could that have been picked to start at a worse time?

As far as this whole "stuck at the same number" bit, even during ARR's launch, I never saw the queue actually update the number it started at. I just took it as "this is where you were when you got into queue" to give a rough estimate as to how long it'd take.
Granted, on Sargas, the worst I've seen is in the 20's, and only takes about a minute to get in.

Limsa Lominsa keep your pirates, and your ships covered in musty mold.

hehe, think this is bad, on the 23rd the welcome back program starts. Be happy cause many canned responses to these issues are on their way.

Dunno about everyone else, but as much as I love balmung and my guild, I'm hopping ship. With the welcome back campaign starting in two days this will go on well into a month, this is practically the beginning of the end. I really don't care about in game money, I'm losing real world money when I can't even log on with my sub and don't even have the ability to play anymore. If I have to switch to a different world so be it.

How are you losing real world money, unless your job is RMT...in which case, welcome to your ban!Dunno about everyone else, but as much as I love balmung and my guild, I'm hopping ship. You loose money by not being able to use a service you purchased. You are paying money for nothing. I'm sure that's what she meant. Gee jump to conclusions

Frankly if I didn't have a house I'd really consider it even as someone who RP's. Unfortunately my two man FC has a house and several private rooms and after the hell of getting it I'm not about to abandon it now. I've been trying for an hour. Twice I got into queues that 2002'd out and the rest of the time lobby errors. I'm still dumbfounded they are letting people play for free when we, who are paying them, cannot even play. Is there no one somewhere looking at this going 'wow that seems like a bad idea'?Dunno about everyone else, but as much as I love balmung and my guild, I'm hopping ship. Also, Nanga, money is being lost because we paid for early access and paid a monthly sub. So we are essentially throwing them money to only log on for hours at a time when everyone else is sleeping. God knows if we will even be able to manage that after the 23rd and the free to play week.
