Except then we'd have no way to switch to another data center. We'd be trapped if the current data center went down.

Then just add a cancel queue button and let it boot you back to the start menu. They already have that for the server queue.

The worst part is having to relaunch the game everytime. Dear god give us a proper login screen so we can just ctrl+v our password over and over for moments like this. It'd at least alleviate some of my personal rage.

Anyone getting Error Code 1012? It says "Version Update Needed" but I'm wondering if its related with the congestion

Something else I've noticed...just paused out of curiosity to look at the number of JP servers who still have character creation slots vs those for NA/EU. How much do you really wanna bet that the JP servers are not even having a slight delay in game play at the moment. Preferential Treatment, Please Look Foward to It.

Ok, 4+ hours of 2002 error...maybe break through to a que here and there every hour to be stuck at same number. NOW..I just got through the 2002 error 6 times in a row and was que'd at 252 every time. I mean I que'd 252, exited the entire game, logged back in and still 252 every time. hmmm

Yeah I've been trying to log in as well. At one point it let me into a queue but stayed 1 forever so I came back in. Then I stayed at 262 forever before after 30 mins it popper up a 2002 and closed out. The queue doesn't seem to be moving for me. I'll cancel it, start again and I'm magically in the same spot as before.
