Kicked out. 2002 again. And when that clears, I'll probably have a massive queue.
This is simply unacceptable. Early access is a pre-order perk, as such Square Enix has the responsibility to ensure that its players can enjoy it. That's all there's to it. The lack of solution on the third day is shameful.
"we apologize for the inconvenience but ask for your patience" is not an acceptable answer.

A lot of people here clearly never played Early Access. On any game. Ever.

Or maybe a lot of people here have played plenty early accesses, possibly more than you did, but still don't think it's acceptable to offer a service in exchange for a pre-payment and then not ensuring that said service is actually provided.
When a company offers a service, it's responsible for providing it. That's all there's to it.
It's been three days now. We have only one day of early access left, and it's still not working as intended. In the meanwhile, the subscription counter keeps ticking away.
"it happens elsewhere" is a very poor justification for a disservice that borders on false advertisement.

FOUND A SOLUTION: Change your data center then change it back.

Quoth the server 404 (2002/5006) Day three... -Sits and popcorns-

Keep receiving a 5006 login error when trying to connect to the primal data center. Tried restarting the computer and also switching to another data center and switching back, no luck, still receive the error over and over. Please fix this, thank you!
