About Disillusioned:

Disillusioned is an endgame/raid focused FC on Ragnarok built around a social community. The majority of the FC transferred from a much smaller server in search of better raiding opportunities and a more focused community. Our raid teams were previously server first/server second or within the top first five teams for the majority of most content.

We have members from many different countries but highly encourage everyone to communicate in English in FC chat and on Teamspeak. There is access to a 50-slot Teamspeak server (funded by voluntary FC members' donations) and Guildwork Forums.

Very active FC community, with Teamspeak in use everyday, and interaction between all members (whether raider or social). PlayStation users are welcome to apply but we highly encourage everyone to be have access to Teamspeak.

Currently we are running Void Ark and The Diadem weekly as an FC.

What we want:

Whilst we do accept applications for social members (with minimal restrictions) we encourage our raiders/raider applicants of all classes to perform well.

Tanks must be able to adapt to new content/calls by their raid leader quickly, be experienced with generating snap aggro and adapting to raids to produce the best DPS from their group. We highly prefer tanks that also like to push the limits of their class in terms of DPS.

DPS must be able to hit the most damage expected from their class and be keen to research and experiment with the best ways of producing top DPS in raids, as well as the ability to learn quickly and execute mechanics. We also have current members in the FC who theorycraft on rotations consistently.

Healers must be confident in their ability to heal and also be able to adapt to the events of a raid quickly and calmly. We encourage our healers to DPS where possible and communicate with their tanks, and be aware of tank cooldowns and abilites. Reflex is very important as a healer!

hey guys, I'm definitely interested in the BLM position in your static. I've read through all of your application, but I was not able to find any info on your actual raiding schedule and the required attendance slot (e.g. 4 day a week, 20-24 CET or something like this)
I'm also filling the application on GW, you'll probably receive it in a while, but this info is quite crucial for me to evaluate your FC. Could you add this info somewhere?
