Ps4 won't patch error [20512][20496]

It didn't solve a thing :*(

Today I will get the game physically ... kinda think there is a glitch cause I just downloaded my game which supposed to be 11GB and after installing it became 39.92GB ... Im not sure but I think that the problem ?
Will post ASA I try it (probably in 9 hours from now)

Will I just try this method u got from SE support email,,,I did everything same the step they says but still get same error and yah same here I will get my physically version so will ASAP I will till if it's going work hope it's fix all this miss

Guys i had the same problem, like every 20 minutes i got the error.
The solution was simple but tedious, log in and start downloading again every time the error came, because what got downloaded is safed on the PS4, after a lot of times doing this i finally got it fully downloaded..
