Amazon Pre-Order Heavensward not giving pre-order status.

I purchased the Pre-Order from Amazon, got the game code, entered the game code, but I've received no pre-order code to enter. The "how to" pages say it should be on my receipt or in my receipt email, except I have no receipt (aside from amazons, which gives my game code, not pre-order code) and I have not received a receipt from the mog-station transaction (my account shows Heavensward CE as active).

Did I do something wrong, am I supposed to do something else? I'm confused, and a little frustrated at this point.

So I called Amazon since the "how to" says: "Customers who have pre-ordered FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavenward will receive an 18-digit pre-order code (hereafter referred to as the‘pre-order code’) from their retailer."

Fantastic customer service! Turns out the Amazon has been having delay problems with getting the pre-order codes out. If you're having similar problems, I suggest contacting Amazon to verify this. See you in game!
