Bug in AST Rez skill?

I just unlocked AST, but I noticed something that I think it's a bug:

When I tried to /micon Ascend on a standard rez macro, the macro icon didn't change to the Ascend icon(maybe the game didn't recognize the skill name). Also in the traits page, the skill is treated as Ascension (name of the trait but is also the name of the skill), but neither name seems to work on the /micon.

I didn't have time to test it to see what's happening or if the skill works, did anyone has the same issue?

I had the same issue, I just assumed the new jobs didn't have their macro icons added to the macros yet but I just used Raise icon instead

I don't think the spell in the macro worked for me either. I tried the same thing :/ all the other AST spells I have macroed though work just fine

Not true, I've used macro icons for all my AST abilities, other than Ascend.

Ascend doesn't seem to work at all in macros. Seems like it just doesn't recognize the spell name.

Also having an issue with the enhanced benefic proc.... sometimes the proc buff takes a bit to register. The buff will appear on me while in the middle of casting a Benefic2 already, and then consume the proc with no benefit.

Should we report either the Ascend not working in macros, or this to the bug forum?

Actually I don't know how to report a bug to the dev team. But if you would be so kind, report that and that people on the tank thread say that the same macro problem is happening with the skill scourge...

I have the same issue, too. I made a thread in "In-Game Bugs" section. It moved to "Not a Bug Report" section.

I created a thread about this myself already- it seems there was probably something overlooked during the translation of Ascend, leaving it named who knows what for macro purposes. Thus it stating "ability not recognised" when trying to use it in a macro.

All other AST macros i made before EA have functioned perfectly.
