Yah mine won't work either. I pre-ordered the CE version from Gamestop. Had registered it on 3/18/2015 the day I pre-ordered, got the email with my early access code on 6/11 and 6/18 they both have the same code in it and putting them in it still says "Invalid code"... Pretty upset about this as I was planning on playing in the Early Access.
Same probleme here.
I ordered the game yesterday, got an e-mail saying a had the early acces and yet, when i want to register the code, "invalid code". I don't know if it's normal regarding the fact i ordered yeasterday (perhaps SE did not change the e mails....) or if the just stole my money.
And, of cours, i don"t get any answer on the french forum....
(bought my game on the official SE website)
I bought mine straight from SE Europe. I have the receipt email and the confirmation and content emails, both of the latter stating the early access code. It's always coming back invalid. I've submitted multiple enquiries, but of course, customer support replies appear to only exist Mon-Fri... I'm a bit disgusted that there's no customer support upon release of a purchased major update. It feels like SE have left me out to dry this weekend; while all my friends enjoy the new content, I can't even bring myself to log on and face the LS feeds of stuff I can't access.
So much for Early Access...
I had this problem earlier. I play on PC and purchased my copy straight from Square. I redeemed my code to get the mog station code. I was originally clicking on the giant "Enter the registration code for the expansion" option and inputting my code on the new page and kept getting invalid code.
What worked for me is that, beneath that giant link you can click on, there is a smaller link/tab for pre release. Click on that and input your code. It didn't work for me the first time, until I switched the code to all capitalize letters, then I was able to install.
I hope this helps someone!
I think that if you already have access to new content then you don't need that code now
+ that code might be active at 23th of JUne
Sadly, I've tried this and it still isn't working. No news from SE or replies to any of my support request emails either.
I should probably point out an addendum, that I bought my copy straight through Square Enix Europe, as opposed to through Gamestop or Steam. There have been no acknowledgements that there is an issue here and being told to contact my supplier from the FAQ page is irrelevant.
The forms of requesting support only exist Mon-Fri... on a FRIDAY RELEASE? You've CAN'T be SERIOUS?! /McEnroe. For a paid product on release, I'd have expected support to have been paid overtime to address these issues. What is the point of buying pre release, when the pre-release weekend is going to be over before I get any support?
Sure, it's just a game - a game people pay money for - a game I booked paid annual holiday off to enjoy - a game whose new content I can't access at the moment, despite having confirmation emails, codes, and receipts for.
Just what is the point of buying pre-release? Why did I bother getting my hopes up? Why did I book time off?
"The witch with the B... ...eady Eye!"
I'm guessing this isn't going to be addressed any time this weekend?
So... I heard the new classes suck, the dungeon content is locked to flying, and Au Ra have taken over the Whispering Sands with lewd conversations.
THANKS OSQUARENIX!

I don't know if this will help any of you, but I hope so. My friend had the same problem. He discovered that apparently the Mog Station automatically uses capital letters when you enter your code, so he didn't use his SHIFT key when entering his code - which had previously not worked - and it accepted it.
