Level 50 Not getting XP, Not able to enter Ishgard, no access to any Exp content.

I have the Expansion pack. I triple checked my account. Logged out of the game and back in a few times today.

I have done a bunch of the MSQ and I am not getting any XP.

If you're on PS4, go to my add-ons under the game app and download the actual Heavensward add-on. Essentially for PS3 & 4 users you had two downloads that needed to be completed to get in game.

No I Pre Ordered on Amazon. Expansion is showing active on Mog station.

No I Pre Ordered on Amazon. Expansion is showing active on Mog station.

If you bought a physical version of the game then you need to download all of the data that is on the disk. if you bought digital then you need to find your order through amazon and download the data through whatever means they gave it to you. Basically you need 3 things in order to play the new expansion:

1) Patch 3.0 needs to be installed, since you can't start the game without this it's pretty much a given that you have it.
2) Heavensward key, basically you need to flag your account in the mog station using the code that you were given when you pre-ordered on Amazon. Since your Mog Station account is showing that it's ok'd for Heavensward, it means you've done this step.
3) You need to actually download all of the Heavensward Expansion. This shouldn't have been available prior to around 9pm on the 18th, so if you didn't manually download the expansion then you still need to do it. More than likely this is your issue since you don't have access to either the increased level cap or Ishgard.

I had my buddy login and the heavens ward content came right up.. So it appears to be an account issue of some kind... Quadruple checked Mog station.. Yup i am flagged. So I am pretty lost.

At this point, I recommend you uninstall and completely re-install the game then. Additionally, have you given the pre-order bonus code to the Mog station? The game is currently in early access and if you didn't enter both codes then it's possible that you were flagged for Heavensward content, but don't actually have the early access since you didn't register the pre-order bonus.

I know it sounds stupid, but it's at least easily checkable since the mog station should state under the account type that you have early access.
