    2 HW codes and neither work?

    Bought 2 copies of HW. 1 was refunded with code used and 2 was confirmed but code invalid.

    1st copy was bought earlier last month (Collectors Physical) and I registered the code for that copy. Ended up refunding the copy though due to financial matters). No problems with the refund and I confirmation email was sent to me saying "everything is fine".
    2nd copy was bought a couple weeks ago (Collectors Digital) and I've tried to register the code through Mogstation but the "Add Preorder Code" tab was missing. Tried using the code in the "Enter Registration Code for Expansion" and it is invalid according to the system.

    I've tried customer support by phone and was given a non-existing number and the main website support number kept hanging up (probably due to massive amounts of people calling in).
    I've tried chat support and I was given a 5 hour queue. I waited for 5 hours and it was bumped to 7 hours. Tried again for a ticket and was given "chat unavailable".
    I've tried emailing support and they've sent back a cookie cutter message saying "maybe its a Steam thing". I've actually tried to link my Steam account in the past with support help with no luck and my account was bought through the SQ store.

    2 codes and no HW. What do I do from here?


    Lesson: Don't pre-order stuff and dont use customer support during new releases. Better yet don't buy stuff.

    Check your email. SE went bonkers with the registration codes and sent multiple codes out for the same order. Your first code on the date of the purchase no longer works. I think I got like 4 codes since my purchase, only the last one would work.

    Checked up but nothing in there unfortunately except the 2nd HW code

    Although it seems that they've already came across this problem already so maybe there is hope for me yet that they find the issue with the codes they've sent me.
