    Support notices...

Is there an easier way of clearing that damn flashy support notice?

Report gil seller, oh yay, another copy/paste reply... Except I read it, I closed it, the damn thing still flashes. Go through all of them. STILL FLASHING. *grr*

Something I found if it's helpful... I had a support ticket created on one character, and it was responded to while I was on another. The support ticket and response and everything showed up fine but even after closing multiple times I couldn't get the notice to stop flashing. Finally swapped back to the original character I submitted it from, did Close again there, and that finally made it go away.

Yes, yes, yes, a thousand times. A "mark all as read" or "clear all notifications" or heck, "empty support desk notices" button is really a must. It takes Support Desk way too long to even open, to begin with - if it opens at all, because more often than not it fails to load anything, which results in switching back and forth between the tabs. And then click Close and click OK and click OK again, and sometimes even manually have to close the message after that... way too cumbersome. Even the reply-return-close method doesn't seem to work properly lately.

The in-game Support Desk in general needs its priority levels raised, because it should be the easiest and fastest thing to use (especially with the amount of RMT spam on an hourly basis)... and instead it's slow and clunky as hell.
