Pretty sure the 2002 means the data center log in is conjested. I was persistent and eventually got in.

It's okay. I'm going on 2 hours just trying to connect to my Data Center, let alone actually get put in a queue. It's not like I was looking forward to playing for a little while after I was a normal person and worked today. Too bad I'm not on a JP server world, those seem to be running perfectly fine...

5 hours passed being unable to connect to the data centre. Getting tired and will need to sleep soon.
I didn't expect to be able to play on the first day, but it still sucks getting one less day of early access.

Are you guys using DX11? I was and was getting these errors but once I switched to DX9 I got in fine.

This is infuriating. The logical side of me -knew- this was going to happen, but I can't even swap characters without sitting through AT LEAST a 30 minute cycle of 2002, 5006, 90k, and long queue times. Every. Single. Time. Even changing data centers and swapping back doesn't work for me. And I've also gotten stuck with the "players in queue: 1" error.

doesnt work for me lol i have literally tried everything i could think of to get on and it still throws errors at me i might change data centers until this stuff blows over just worried i will never get back into balmung if i do that

I am trying to enter tot he data center with the servers: balmung, gilgamesh and it's a hassle trying to get in. Whn I changed to primal with malboro and others, I can log in. It is so frustrating.
