Invalid Registration Code

Received the 20 digit code for an NA account and when trying to enter in my code I receive a message telling me that it is invalid. The only option available currently is email support in which I receive the following response:
"Some users have been experiencing an issue with the codes being invalid."
This does not address my issue and now I must wait 12-24 hours to receive another response, very poor customer service.

I am so frustrated as I am having the same problem. Pre-ordered, activated pre-order code on website, picked platform (PC), it gave me 20 digit code to register on Mogstation, when I go to register expansion code.........INVALID! I sit in support chat ALL DAY... every time it gets time for a customer support representative to get to me, it magically tells me that chat support was cancelled (after two hours of waiting). Sort of as if, the dude read my ticket and knew there was nothing he could do and just closed it out and moved on without saying a word to me. This happened THREE times... So now I'm waiting for an email response which will probably result in nothing over the weekend. I am seriously thinking about buying it a second time for another code that works and demanding a refund on the first, or either just demanding a refund all-together and finding something more productive to do with my free time.

OMG, I feel stupid....

Don't try to put the registration code where it says "Enter the registration code for the expansion". That is why it is saying INVALID. There is a smaller button under that which says something about entering the pre-oder registration code.... umm, that is where you put the 20digit code. lol

so confusing. I wasted the whole day....
