Error 11090 20028 500

[Elesina]

I downloaded the patch and add on my ps3, i log in and it prompts me to register my early acces items but it stops midway and gives me the error code 11090 20028 500.
I can’t even play FF XIV ARR since the patch hit my launcher won’t get past a buggy register heavens ward pre order pack on my ps3 any help I have tried almost everything, uninstalled the game re installed, switched all my internet connection around. Thanks in advanced for any help
