Friend cant download heavensward through psn (ps4)

My friend bought the digital collectors for Heavensward and he is unable to download it, has this issue been resolved?

ok so if he has already order the game for PS4 he will need to do the folliwing he wll need to go to playstation network then account management then if he got the purchase to validate it then he will need to go to transaction management then services list look for final fantasy then on there is should show final fantasy xiv heavensward early access click it and it should start downloading the early access for him

I also have the same problem, I cant download it the game its sending me an error eE-82000113 something like that :/
Man it sucks that i buy the pre-order and cant start the early access >.<

Ok, When your on your ps4 go to your library and go to final fantasy xiv rr when your there go down to addons and click on it, you should see HW and should say download. Now you have to download it. When downloading it will add to your download menu and done you gotta wait 3 hours or so for it to finish enjoy :P
