NEED HELP REGARDING HEAVENSWARD EARLY ACCESS!

My PSN account was set to Croatia (were I used to live up until recently).
I recently moved to Germany and decided to purchase Heavensward CE in Playstation Store.The problem is my current profile (user) had a Croatian card (payment method) linked to it and since I moved I use a German card.As you know,there is no option to change country in Playstation Store,so my only option for buying the expansion was to create another user on my PSN and set my new (German) card to that user.
I did that,bought the expansion and downloaded it.
The question I have now is,how can I access the expansion from my main user?
Please help me solve this problem,I've been trying to figure it out for hours.

It appears to me that you have 2 accounts now yes? one Croatian and one German? the Croatian Account has your old character on it, while your new account has the Heavensward expansion on it? If so than the only solution i see is either merging the 2 accounts or contacting Square Enix Support to assist you. Best of Luck!

I had a situation very similar to this when I first signed up to FFXIV. Here are the facts.

You have one SE account and two PSN accounts. When you first start playing FFXIV the game confirms if you're 100% certain that you want to bind that SE account to that PSN account. Your SE account is forever affixed to your first PSN account. There's no way to disassociate the two and you can't ever use that SE account on any other PSN account.

Your SE account and first PSN account are now mutually exclusive with each other. Sorry to let you know.

I tried for literally DAYS to get this sort of thing reversed but you can't. It's not a SE thing, Sony is the reason that they're bound together and they can't (or won't) undo it.

If you call Sony and ask them to reverse the purchase you made on the second account they'll jerk you around for hours and try to tell you that they can't or aren't allowed to but they can. They refunded me for my second purchase, after hours of waiting and explaining.

That literally cannot be done.

After a Search of their Support center, there is no way for you to do it. The option is just not available for us user's. You must contact SE Support Center and they can do it for you.

SE cannot merge your two PSN accounts together and they have no control over which SE account to bound to which PSN account. Sony is the one. It's the PlayStation Network that won't let you use another SE account on your PSN after you've already registered one.

Are you sure that person isn't referring to merging two SE accounts? He never once mentions the PSN.
