6 Hours of 2002 issues on one PC, none on the other, is it local issue?

UPDATE: After doing a 2nd complete full install (just in case) and a DNS flush on the computer I was able to access the centers. The Aether center first gave me a 2002 error, logged back in, chose a different server and got in. Went back to Aether and it logged right in.

So I have two computers running FFXIV, one can log in and out with no issues. The other for 6 hours straight is constant 2002 errors and will not connect to the server at all. Both on same network, so network is not blocking ports. Both PC setup the same and both installs are setup with expansion packs downloaded etc, both have early access, every thing is the same.

Could this be a local issue on one PC preventing the client from not being able to connect to the server and just throwing the 2002 error? Checked ESET settings on both machines and they are fine.

Ran in to this once before and a fresh install resolved it, not working this time after the fresh install. Is anyone else having an issue like this and if so, have you found a way to correct it? I don't think this is actually the server issue but a local one preventing the game from connecting to the server. Thought maybe a corrupted download, but fresh download and issue persists.
