Suggestion: Housing

What if players who own individual houses (and FCs as well) could have the ability to allow others access to their Chocobo stables either for free or a price of admission set by the owner? This way anyone would be able to change the colors of their own Chocobos even if they're unable to afford housing themselves.

Another idea would be to allow Medium and Large sized home owners to open private chambers to friends or anyone who wants one. Even if the home is locked, residents would be able to access their rooms straight from the entrance. As with the stables, a small amount of money may be charged additionally or the owner of the house could get a percentage of the 300k required.

Also the ability to allow the small Aetheryte to be attuned and teleported to by friends.

A friend wants to dye her Chocobo but is still new to the game and far from affording their own home. It would be nice to share things like the stables and such.

I would like there to be a system to vacate lots of people who stopped playing for a while. Prices are retarded and not a single small lot is left on Zalera.
