Yes, MCH needs some work for sure. I like how it plays and I like the amount of crowd control you can do, but cooldowns, potencies and procs need to be buffed to make it viable.

I'd specifically like to add that Reassemble has a 60s-cooldown while Life Surge which is actually a BETTER skill (since it also heals you for the amount it makes you crit) only has 50s. It's small things like that which make me frustrated with an otherwise pretty awesome job. There's also far too much time spent bashing Split Shot because nothing procs for four-five GCDs and all the fancy stuff is on cooldown. That's just bad design right there. I come from a job which ALWAYS has stuff to do (DRG) so when this happens I get quite bored with it. 'Tis a shame, because the opener of this job is epic and Rapid Fire is amazing but again needs a lower cooldown.
