So I have a PS3 with FFXIV on it. It's my main account. I bought a PS4 today and the pre-order version of FFXIV. I'm asked if I have an existing SE ID or if I need to make a new one. I select that I currently have one. The game lets me get as far as the log-in screen where I type my SE ID and password. Then it goes to the next screen which tells me that no valid service account exists for this ID and that I need to restart the game and select the ACCOUNT option on the screen where I had input my SE ID and password. The issue is that that option doesn't exist. At all. On the PS3 version, the options of World and Account existed. However, those options do not exist from what I can see on this version.

To further complicate things, which I'm not sure is the cause of this mess or not, is that I accidentally bought the game on my secondary PSN ID. I apparently got the emails mixed up. So my service account that I have bought and registered for my PS3 version of the game and PSN ID is different from the one I bought for my PS4. As well as there is no current service account for the PS4. It wants me to make a new one, and pretty much start over which I refuse to do. I've been trying to gain access to my old account from my PS3 to use on my PS4.

I tried logging into my primary PSN account and linking the game to my PSN ID on the PS4, but it just tells me that that service ID is already in use after I type in my SE ID and password.

I've been trying for the past 4 hours and no one from support has gotten back to me. If anyone has any advice or at the least point me in the right direction, it would be very much appreciated.
