is anyone else unable to connect to lobby server?

Ok so the code changed from 2002 to 5006. I did a dns flush via cmd and was finally able to at least login to character screen.

rightclick on windows button (bottom left). choose "open..." and tpye "cmd.exe" (without quotes). after that the command window will open and you can type "ipconfig /flushdns"

However, this will apparentyl bring you only to the character screen. I waited for 5 minutes (294 user where in queue) and when it finally brought up the loading screen it DCed again with 10104...

The issue is probably going to continue because there isn't much that can be done. Servers like Balmung, Gilgamesh and such are rather old servers and have alot of activity. Considering people even struggle to make a character on said servers its no really surprise its happening. I can't even get in at this very moment. The best thing anyone can do is just wait I suppose or keep trying.

It is not the game "servers" its the lobby server for certain data centers. That means all of a data center is affected, not just certain servers within it.

Yeah I am taking notice of that now upon changing to other data centers. I can't even manage to get into any of the data centers now though.

My problem is this is a subscription game, no one should be criticized for being a little salty for not being able to play. They know how many pre-orders they had and whether or not they would be able to handle it. Poor preparation. Reminds me of the terrible launch.
