My main gripe is that when HW went on sale on the PSN store then only version I could buy was the ARR/HW because when i went to purchase HW separately I got a notification that I couldn't because I still had the trial version of ARR. I understand why that would happen as I never bought the game on PS4, i upgraded from PS3. I assumed that my "trial version" of ARR let me launch the game and my SE account let me access all of the in-game content, so in order to buy HW on PS4 I needed to buy ARR or so I thought. I just got off the phone with Sony customer support and they said because I bought the ARR/HW pre-order bundle I don't have EA. I don't understand the reasoning behind that, while it is a purchase for a current game (one that I can download straight away) part of it is still a pre-order. Why give special permissions to one type of pre-order over another when I technically bought the standard HW pre-order in the bundle? I have done everything I can do and there doesn't seem to be anyway out of just waiting. I have downloaded the HW add-on. I redeemed my EA through the PS4 launcher. My Services List, the Mog-Station (that's you by the way!) and Hector from PSN customer support all say I have EA. You may have told Sony that they could us that we get EA, but why are you telling me in my account information that I have EA if I really don't?! This is just wrong.
