Graphical Issues with Heavensward DX11 Client.

I am experiencing this issue as well.

I experienced it in the Mist zone during foggy weather, in addition to the Foundation and Pillars.

The first bug (flickering UI) is happening to me too, only on heavensward areas.

Thank you for replying to this bug report. It's good to confirm that there are more people who have the same graphical issue(s) like i do.

In order to help SE as much as we can, it would be great i everyone who is experiencing this problem to make screenshots and/or video's to show the issues from their perspective. Next to that, could you guys add your System information to the bug as well? You can retrieve the System Information (SE is looking for) by following these steps:

• Open the Launcher of the game
• Click on Config
• Click on Display under the System Information section
• Copy the information which is listed between the "-=-=-=-=-=-=- System Information -=-=-=-=-=-=-" and the "-=-=-=-=-=-=- Application Information -=-=-=-=-=-=-" sections.

The flickering bug can happen anywhere for me.

The issue happens mostly when the screen is showing too many objects such as doing fates when there are more than 3 full groups on the screen at the same time.

I'm running i7 5820@4.2GHz with GTX980 and 16GB DDR4.

My fps never dips below 40 under any circumstances.
